Some installations stay with you.
One of our installers, Malcolm, once attended a family home to build a trampoline for a child who was autistic.
He was incredibly excited and wanted to know what was happening at every stage. He wanted to watch, ask questions and understand how his trampoline was being built.
For safety reasons, children can’t be inside the working area during an installation.
But instead of simply telling him to stay away, Malcolm took a little time before starting.
He explained what he was going to do, what would happen next and where the child could safely watch if he wanted to. Together with the parent, he helped make the whole experience feel predictable and comfortable.
The safety standards didn’t change.
The way we delivered them did.
That installation has stayed with us because it was a reminder that sometimes a small adjustment can make a huge difference.

Please let us know if there is anything we can reasonably do to make our service more accessible or comfortable for you or your family.
We don’t always need to know why.
We just need to know what would help.
Because behind every booking is a home, a family and sometimes someone who simply needs us to do things a little differently.
And if we can make that experience easier, calmer or more comfortable, we should.
