A little while ago, we shared that Home Flatpack was taking a short break.
Rather than simply carrying on as before, we wanted time to look properly at the business, what worked well, what could be improved, and what the next version of Home Flatpack should look like.
That work has been happening quietly behind the scenes.
And now, we’re getting ready to come back.
We’ve invested heavily in better quality processes, clearer standards and a more consistent customer journey from first enquiry through to completion.
We’re also introducing a more personal planning experience, with stronger oversight behind every project.
This will be a soft launch, not an overnight switch-on. We’ll begin gradually during August, testing the new systems, working closely with installers and making adjustments as we go.
That means some services and locations may return before others.
And that’s intentional.
We’d rather grow carefully and get it right than rush back for the sake of it.
At its heart, Home Flatpack is still the same business with the same simple aim: make the installation experience easier for the customer.
The difference is that this time, there’s a much stronger operation behind it.
The break is nearly over.
