1. The promoter

2. Who can take part

The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who register through the Home Flatpack.shop promotional registration form during the promotion period.

Registration opens on 25th October 2026 and closes on 15th November 2026 at 10pm, UK time.

No purchase is necessary to register or receive a promotional gift card.

One gift card is available per person. Multiple registrations using different email addresses do not qualify for additional cards.

3. Your gift card

Every eligible person who completes a valid registration will receive a Home Flatpack promotional gift card worth at least £10 and up to £100.

The available values and allocation method are: £10, £25, £50 and £100. These values will be randomly allocate to each entrant.

The gift card is for use with Home Flatpack. It is not a general-purpose payment card and cannot be used with other retailers.

4. Email delivery

Gift cards will be sent to the email address supplied during registration during November 2026, no later than 30 November 2026.

Please provide a valid email address and check your spam or junk folder. If your gift card has not arrived by that date, contact us using the details above.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel an otherwise valid registration or invalidate your gift card.

5. Where you can use it

Your gift card can be redeemed against:

• Physical products purchased from the Home Flatpack online shop, subject to a minimum qualifying product spend of £50.
• Installation services booked directly with Home Flatpack, subject to a minimum qualifying installation spend of £75.

Installation bookings remain subject to service availability, geographical coverage and our normal booking terms.

The card cannot be redeemed directly with a retailer, installer or other third party.

6. Minimum spends

Minimum spends are calculated before deducting the gift card balance and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges do not count towards the minimum spend.

For an order containing both physical products and installation services, each category is assessed separately. Product and installation charges cannot be combined to reach either minimum spend.

The gift card can only be applied to a category that meets its qualifying minimum spend.

For example, a £10 gift card used against £50 of qualifying physical products reduces the product amount payable to £40, plus any delivery charge.

7. How redemption works

Enter your gift card code at checkout. If you need help applying it to an installation booking, contact us before making payment.

Only one promotional gift card may be used per order or booking.

The gift card may cover all or part of a qualifying purchase. Any amount above the available balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.

Any unused balance remains available until the expiry date. The relevant minimum spend applies each time the card is used.

The card cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases or bookings already paid for.

It cannot be used to purchase another gift card, exchanged for cash or redeemed against delivery charges.

It cannot be combined with another promotional discount code unless we expressly state otherwise.

8. Expiry

Gift cards must be redeemed by 11:59pm UK time on 31 January 2027 .

For installation services, the booking must be made and the gift card applied before expiry. The installation itself may take place later, subject to availability and our normal booking terms.

Any unused balance expires after this date.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our normal cancellation, returns and booking terms apply. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Where a refund is due, the amount paid using the gift card will normally be restored as promotional credit. Any amount paid using another payment method will be refunded through that method.

Promotional credit cannot be refunded as cash. If credit is restored after the original expiry date, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to use it.

Any lawful installation cancellation charges will be assessed under the booking terms accepted when the service was purchased.

10. Valid registrations and misuse

Registrations must contain accurate information and belong to a real person.

We may reject duplicate, automated or fraudulent registrations, or cancel cards obtained or used fraudulently. This does not affect legitimate registrations or statutory rights.

Keep your gift card code secure. Contact us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

11. Personal information

We will use your registration details to administer this promotion and deliver your gift card, as explained in our privacy notice.

Any consent to receive marketing emails will be requested separately. You can withdraw that consent at any time without losing your gift card entitlement.

12. Changes to the promotion

We will not change the promotion in a way that unfairly disadvantages people who have already registered.

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control require an administrative change, we will explain the change and protect existing eligible participants’ entitlements.
