Questions? Here are the answers.
Tap a question to see the answer.
How much do installers get paid?
The fee depends on the job, not an hourly rate. You see it before accepting.
How are bookings offered?
We consider location, availability, skills and previous performance. Reliable work and complete job records help you receive suitable offers.
Can I choose which bookings I accept?
Yes. Review the job details and accept only work you are equipped to complete properly.
Do I have to accept every booking?
No. You can decline any job that does not suit you.
Will this provide full-time work?
No volume is guaranteed. Bookings vary by area and season, so the network works best alongside your existing business.
How does payment work?
We use self-billing. Complete the job record and upload the evidence. We handle payment after the quality review.
When is a booking ready for payment?
When the work is complete, all required information is submitted and the booking passes review. Approved terms are 6 days; Elite terms are 3 days.
Can I become an Elite Installer?
Yes. Consistent reliability, quality, customer care and compliance with our standards can lead to Elite status and possible performance bonuses.
Do you provide training?
We explain our systems, job records and standards. You must already have the skills to carry out the installations you accept.
What do I need to join?
Relevant experience, tools, transport, a smartphone, eligibility to work in the UK and the required public liability insurance.
What if something goes wrong on site?
Tell your Home Flatpack planner promptly. Do not arrange extra work or a return visit directly with the customer.

Tell us who you are, what you build and where you work. We will request documents and arrange onboarding when we are ready to move forward.
