Carry to Room Service
Has your courier left your new flatpack furniture at the doorstep? For an additional £25, our installers can carry suitable boxed parts from the delivery point within your property to the room where the item is going to be assembled. It’s a useful add-on for larger deliveries, stairs and those awkward boxes you would rather not move yourself.
No call-out fee when you add a Home Setup Service to a flatpack furniture assembly booking for the same appointment.
Please book in advance so we can allow enough time and make sure your installer comes prepared.
Make sure the item is ready and available when we arrive.
Please let us know about any known pipes, cables or unusual wall types before we start drilling or fixing.
If extra fixings or additional work are needed, we’ll let you know before going ahead.
If something can’t be fitted safely, your installer will explain why and talk you through the options.
Please have the area clear and accessible before the appointment.
