Furniture Installation Service to a higher standard across the UK

We Build BERG Playbases & Trampolines Across UK

We build every model and accessory with precision, safety, and care.

Every single team receives a dedicated product briefing before every build to guarantee a flawless setup in your garden.

We build BERG outdoor play equipment across the UK including trampolines and every type of play base!

We take care of every part of the build.  From ensuring the dig out is done to the right depth to every part being level.    We’ve built many of these so know what it takes to avoid mistakes and get it right.

Covering all of the UK, our installers are briefed on every build before hand so EVERY build is done to the same high standard.

Your questions answered.

To help us complete your PlayBase safely and within the booked time, please complete the following preparation before our team arrives.

You are responsible for researching and selecting the most suitable location for your PlayBase.

The position and orientation MUST be clearly marked before installation. There will not be time during the appointment to compare different locations or redesign the garden layout.

Please check the dimensions for your exact model and allow the manufacturer’s required clearance—normally at least 2.2 metres around the structure. The area must be level, stable and free from buildings, fences, overhanging branches, cables and other obstructions.

PlayBases cannot normally be installed over concrete, paving, asphalt or another hard surface.

Before installation, you MUST complete a sample dig within the marked area to a depth of at least 30 cm.

Please send our planners clear photographs showing:

  • The marked installation area
  • The position of the sample hole
  • The depth shown with a tape measure
  • The soil or material removed

This helps us understand the likely ground conditions. A sample hole cannot guarantee that conditions will be the same throughout the complete footprint.

Please check for drains, pipes, cables, irrigation systems and other underground services before digging. All known or suspected services must be disclosed and clearly marked.

We cannot cut or reinstate artificial grass.

If artificial grass covers the installation area, it must be professionally cut and lifted before our team arrives.

For a full PlayBase installation, our team will:

  • Assemble the supplied frame
  • Mark and dig the required fixing positions
  • Bring the standard digging and installation equipment
  • Position and level the frame
  • Fit the supplied accessories included in the booked set
  • Return suitable excavated soil around the frame
  • Complete installation checks and a customer walkaround

Digging is the first stage of the installation and may reveal rubble, concrete, hardcore, large stones, tree roots, pipes, cables or other hidden obstacles.

Minor stones and ordinary garden conditions are not normally a problem. If extensive debris or obstructions require significantly more time, specialist equipment or additional work, we may need to halt the installation and provide a revised quotation.

We cannot remove soil, rubble, roots, concrete or other debris from the property.

Where ground conditions prevent the PlayBase from being installed at the required depth, we may—with the customer’s written agreement—assemble it without setting it into the ground.

An uninstalled PlayBase is not safe or approved for use and must not be climbed on, swung from or otherwise used until correctly installed.

The original booking price cannot be reduced where the team has attended and completed the booked assembly work but ground conditions prevent installation.

  • The complete product has been delivered and checked before installation day
  • All components are new, boxed and unassembled unless agreed beforehand
  • Safe and clear access is available
  • Children and pets remain outside the working area
  • An authorised adult is available at the beginning and end of the appointment

Installation remains subject to suitable weather and ground conditions, the manufacturer’s instructions and Home Flatpack’s General Customer Terms and Conditions.
